Has testified at the Arizona Legislature on consumer rights, product liability, medical malpractice and insurance bills; has argued before the Ninth Circuit, Arizona Supreme Court and Arizona Court of Appeals.
Author of the monthly 'Appellate Highlights' column in the AzTLA Advocate since 1985.
