Fred Jacome: Founder and CEO/President

Mr. Jacome is an enterprising, resourceful entrepreneur with significant expertise in distance learning technologies, multilingual applications, team building, and project execution. He founded Blue Shoe Technologies in 1995, after managing the computer-assisted language development division for Duke University's educational software department.

Possessing a programming background, Mr. Jacome was responsible for developing innovative technology for online learning in the early 1990s, as well as leading educational seminars related to distance learning technology and software. Combining his interest and skills in programming with his knack for team development, Mr. Jacome founded his software development company, Blue Shoe, to further his personal mission of improving people's lives through technology.
